We ship Canada and USA wide. We also ship to to P.O. Boxes but do charge an extra fee.

The price you are charged for shipping is based on product weight and size, as well as your shipping address. We don’t charge any extra for shipping – what you pay is what we pay for the courier service. We have live rates available during checkout so that you can choose the method that is best for you and also to provide full transparency so that you can see what the actual shipping cost is.

Yes we do! We do charge an additional fee for this service, however, as it requires us to use Canada Post as our shipping carrier which is a more expensive option.

Please be aware that orders shipped internationally may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are based on factors such as the item’s value, category, and origin. Customers are responsible for paying any additional fees upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this point.

Yes absolutely! All shipping options are listed with live rates during checkout and will be selectable after you have entered in your shipping address.

We offer very competitively priced shipping options, as well as free shipping on all orders over $99! The cost to ship your order will depend on the items you are shipping as well as where you are having them shipped to. All prices are provided during checkout.

Yes we do! Orders over $99 ship free – except to P.O. Boxes. If you wish to have us ship to a P.O. Box we will cover the base shipping cost, but there will be an additional charge on your order to cover the additional fees for shipping with Canada Post. 

We use a variety of couriers for shipping which allows us to get you the absolute best price we can. We most commonly ship with UPS, ICS, and Purolator.

Absolutely! Use the promo code LOCALPICKUP to disable the shipping charge and place your order as you usually would. Then we will reach out to you via email to confirm when and where you would like to pick up. We are located downtown Kelowna, BC. 

Yes! Once we ship your order you should receive a confirmation with tracking information. You can track your order with the tracking number on the courier’s website. If you have any questions you can always reach out to us! We will be happy to help 🙂

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control may occasionally affect shipping timelines. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

If your package gets returned back to us for any reason we will email you to let you know and you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with us re-shipping it.

We LOVE reusing packaging material as much as possible. Shipping creates a lot of waste and we try to do our part to eliminate our impact the best that we can. You can expect your order to have various mix-matched packing materials that we have received from our own orders and reuse in yours. We invite you to reuse your packaging material too!

This very rarely happens, but it can. We do our best to package your items as safely and secure as we can – but sometimes they do get damaged or lost during transport. It’s out of our control as well as yours. If your order arrives damaged – or not at all – please let us know immediately and we will either send you a replacement or provide a refund.
