HOW TO ORDER
If you would like to pickup your order in Kelowna instead of having it shipped to you, simply use the coupon code LOCALPICKUP in the box under your order summary. This will eliminate any shipping cost on your order.

SCHEDULE
Please make a note in the “Order Notes” box – below your shipping and billing details – of when and where you would like to pickup and we will contact you via email, text, or phone to confirm or reschedule. 

PICKUP OPTIONS:
1. You can pickup at the Hello Sweetheart Kiosk in Orchard Park Mall until Dec 31st, 2024. (open during regular mall hours)
2. Our downtown office just off of Bernard. (Reach out for address)
3. Select Kelowna Farmers Market dates

We offer live rates on our website to provide you with the best shipping price possible. Sometimes, however, we may select a different shipping courier than you selected if we find a better rate that offers the same delivery time, or if we already have multiple orders using the same service we will pay the extra charge to have them all sent out together to reduce our carbon footprint. If you cannot or do not want to use any other courier service then please make a note on your order. 

We try to avoid shipping orders with Canada Post as much as we can. Not only do they take way longer for delivery, but they are very expensive to ship with. 

If your shipping address is a PO Box then we can only use Canada Post to ship with and so we charge an extra fee to cover the extra costs associated with this shipping method.

In our effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we’ve chosen not to include printed packing lists in our orders. We believe they’re unnecessary when you already receive a digital receipt via email, which lists everything in your order. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll reach out to you directly. However, if you’d prefer a hard copy of your order details, just leave us a note at checkout—we’re happy to include one!
